Della Terra, its subsidiaries and affiliates (collectively, “Della Terra,” “we”, “us” or “our”) is a fully integrated biotechnology corporate family that services the research and development, manufacturing, and distribution of natural therapeutics and high-quality plant-based derivatives. This Privacy Policy will help you understand how Della Terra collects and/or uses any personal information that users (“you” or “your”) provide when you visit or use our websites, including and all other websites that link to this Privacy Policy. It also describes the choices available to you regarding our use of your personal information and how you can access and update this information.

This policy applies only to information we collect on our websites or in connection with our websites. This policy DOES NOT apply to information that is collected by us offline or through any other means.

Under What Circumstances Do We Disclose Information?

Della Terra may disclose your information:

  • To other entities within the Della Terra;
  • To inform third-party entities that provide services to us, such as marketing / third-party advertising and other business operations services. For example, we may partner with companies to optimize services, send newsletters and marketing messages, support email and messaging services, and analyze information;
  • In connection with corporate transactions now or in the future (e.g., a sale, assignment, merger, bankruptcy, consolidation, reorganization, liquidation, or other transfer of Della Terra or its assets); and/or

Della Terra may provide links to other websites, applications, or other platforms operated by third parties, for your convenience and information. All of these websites, applications, and platforms operate independently from us, and we do not control their privacy practices. Information Security

Della Terra takes care to protect the integrity and security of the information we collect. We work hard to maintain a range of security safeguards designed to protect against unauthorized access to your information. We are unable, however, to guarantee the security of your information.

Information Collected from Users outside the United States

If you utilize the websites from outside the United States and provide us with personal information, please note that your personal information collected by us will be transferred, stored and processed in the United States. The laws of the United States applicable to the storage and use of personal information may be less protective than the law of your jurisdiction. By accessing our Website or providing your information through one of the forms on our websites, you are voluntarily transferring your personal information to our facilities located in the United States and other facility locations.

Our Policy on Age

Our websites do not target and we do not knowingly collect personal information from any child under the age of 13. If we learn we have collected or received personal information from a child under 13, we will delete that information. Della Terra does not sell or share (as those terms are defined by California law) any of your information to any third party for any purpose, including for advertising or marketing, nor has Della Terra sold or shared personal information to a third party in the preceding twelve (12) months.

California law provides you with specific rights regarding your personal information. Subject to certain limitations, California residents have the following rights:

You have the right to know and request information about the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you within the last 12 months, as well as the categories of sources from which such information is collected, the purpose for collecting such information, and the categories of third parties with whom we share such information. Only you, or someone legally authorized to act on your behalf, may make a verifiable consumer request related to your personal information. You may also make a verifiable consumer request on behalf of your minor child.
The verifiable consumer request must:

  • Provide sufficient information that allows us to reasonably verify you are the person about whom we collected personal information or an authorized representative; and
  • Describe your request with sufficient detail that allows us to properly understand, evaluate, and respond to it.

We cannot respond to your request or provide you with personal information if we cannot verify your identity or authority to make the request and confirm the personal information relates to you.
Making a verifiable consumer request does not require you to sign up for our newsletter, fill out any form on our websites, or otherwise register with us.

We will only use personal information provided in a verifiable consumer request to verify the requestor’s identity or authority to make the request.

Response Timing and Format. We endeavor to respond to a verifiable consumer request within 45 days of its receipt. If we require more time (up to 45 days), we will inform you of the reason and extension period in writing.

Any disclosures we provide will only cover the 12-month period preceding the date of your verifiable request. The response we provide will also explain the reasons we cannot comply with a request, if applicable.

We do not charge a fee to process or respond to your verifiable consumer request unless it is excessive, repetitive, or manifestly unfounded. If we determine that the request warrants a fee, we will tell you why we made that decision and provide you with a cost estimate before completing your request.
